A sad, underperforming, A.I. infested far cry from BiasFx
JoaoPereira 10.01.2026
I wasn't prepared for this chasm of a downgrade. Where to start...The software logs me out if I don't use for a day. A lot of great features from BiasFX are just gone, maybe over 4 or 5 years of development that just went down the drain and I find myself using the legacy BiasFX software. Where is the user library? Where are the amazing guitar/tone match features? Why are some of the best cabs and effects gone? Why is the output slider barely making a difference? The layouts and overall user experience got worse with harder to travel menus and more confusing interface. Another downgrade is not baing able to use this on a mobile device like a smartphone or a tablet which WAS possible in previous products...Except for the AI part which I would pay to get rid of, this feels like the horrible software that eventually, after many years of development, evolved into a good realiable product which was BiasFx2. Biggest waste of money of the decade for me, I hope Positive Grid gets a grip and returns to what made them popular. Just to finalize I'm not a hater and took no joy in ripping into the company that made my favorite guitar software ever (BiasFx2) that I've been using for 8 years
