The Powerstroke series was recommended to me by a friend and I am delighted I took his advice. Excellent tone and durability and these heads produce a great sound whether it's an acoustic gig or a full miked set-up.

Powerstroke 3 10" Clear

Ich habe das Powerstroke 3 auf allen meinen Toms. Ich suchte nach einem Fell, welches einlagig ist, aber bei dem die Höhen nicht zu extrem durchkommen und leicht zu kontrollieren sind, was bei den Ambassadors meiner Meinung nach nicht der Fall ist.. Anders als bei Pinstripes oder dem Powerstroke 4 klingt die Tom nicht tot, sondern hat kontrollierte Höhen, ausgeprägte Mitten und einen kleinwenig größeren Bassanteil als das Ambassador, wenn man bei einem 10“ Tom überhaupt von Bässen reden kann. Also Resonanzfell würde ich allerdings ein Remo Ambassador nehmen, da durch ein gedämpftes Resonanzfell Toms oft tot klingen.
