bought this for a tama superstar snare recently for a restore project I am doing and this edition made it a great job.. I love the rasp of these wires and the quality is great too and not expensive = bonus!

i bought a used tama snare drum and wanted to put a tama snare wire back on it and this its is what i went with its the same as what comes on my other snare's and never disappoints they last so long for me and i tune high i dont over tighten my wire
but yeah i recommend this product even if you're just looking for a cheep snare wire i don't think this is a lot to ask for money wise, i mean guitar strings are about the same price now and they break easily this is what tama put on their star classic range i believe hope you love it as much as me
