I already owned about three guitar stands, none of them exceptionally expensive or from a reputable brand, and they are all perfectly usable. This thing, on the other hand, wobbles and folds, the guitars stand shakily in it and it looks like the stand will not last very long. The problem presumably stems from the clumsy design: the typical stand with two legs that fold open triangularly are just much simpler and more effective, but this kind of design requires all the parts to be solid and fit together firmly. This is unfortunately not the case and I will soon replace this stand with a more reliable model, perhaps a little more expensive, but in the end, even stands from the most reputable brands do not cost a fortune.

Pros: Foldable, fits easily into a backpack any sort of bag if you need to carry it around;
Cons: It's a bit flimsy and can easily fall over so you should be extra careful when resting your guitar on it.
I've had a pair of these for a long time now, and they're usually carried around to practice spaces instead of the more bulkier ' standard ' stands, for space and weight saving reasons.

Cheap and cheerful, fine for the price point.

These stands fold down nice and small, which is what I was looking for. Normally I use a full guitar rack live, but I keep a couple of little stands around in case a venue is particularly tight for space.
These are not Hercules stands; they are not super sturdy and are not quite as stable. However, you will pay twice or three times the price for the Hercules. I wouldn't use these stands for constant live use (the plastic clip in particular looks breakable), but for occasional or home use you can't beat them for value. If you are realistic about your expectations, they are great.
